Terms and Conditions Using the u31 Platform — Read Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and u31 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the u31 website at https://u31.ad and any related mobile applications.

By accessing, registering, or using the u31 platform in any way, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance is final and takes effect from the date you first use the platform.

If you are using the u31 platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the u31 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

The u31 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided remains truthful at all times.

• Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The full name, phone number, and identity details provided at registration must match your valid government-issued identification document.

• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, regardless of whether you personally performed it.
• U31 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its standard registration and verification procedures.

The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents. u31 reserves the right to suspend any transaction until the identity verification process is fully completed.

04 Deposits and Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your u31 account are subject to the following conditions to ensure the security and accuracy of every transaction:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• All bonuses received must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• U31 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawal processing times are within the defined timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.

08 Account Security

09 Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u31 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the u31 customer support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with established policies, subject to bonus conditions and required verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

U31 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, u31 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond u31's control.

U31's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

13 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the u31 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

• First, through direct negotiation between the member and the u31 support team within 30 days.
• If negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to mediation by a mutually agreed neutral party.
• Any formal legal action must be filed within the jurisdiction designated by u31.

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between translated versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall serve as the definitive reference.
